Answering your call
Calls to (727) 349-3466 may be answered by an automated receptionist that collects your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem. A person reviews every request. Calls may be recorded and tracked so we can follow up accurately.
Matching your project
We pass each request to one independent, licensed contractor who serves your area and does the kind of work you need. We don't sell your request to a list of companies.
The contractor's role
The contractor inspects the wall, gives you a written estimate, handles permits with Pinellas County's Water and Navigation section and any city office, does the work and provides the warranty. Your contract is with them.
Your role
Compare the scope carefully, ask for licensing and insurance details, and decide whether to hire. You're never obligated.
Tools we use
We use Web3Forms to deliver form submissions, WhatConverts to track calls and form leads, Vapi to run an automated phone receptionist, and Google Sheets to log lead details for follow-up. Calls may be answered by the automated receptionist and may be recorded.
